Our fully mobile, professional BBQ and hog roast kitchen is designed to work in a wide range of spaces and is fully protected from the elements, allowing us to deliver consistently high standards wherever we set up. BBQ is traditionally an outdoor food, but our service works equally well when served indoors, in a marquee, or into any other venue of your choosing. We offer a truly bespoke service to meet your exact needs.

At Tong Masters, our cooking is inspired by great BBQ cultures from around the world, brought together with a modern, relaxed approach to outdoor dining.
We take cues from American low-and-slow BBQ, where time, smoke, and patience create deep, rich flavour. From Argentina, we embrace a respect for quality ingredients and simple cooking over fire — letting great meat speak for itself. You’ll also find influence from South African braai culture, where fire cooking is as much about atmosphere and togetherness as it is about the food.
To add balance and excitement, we draw on global flavours too — from Korean-style marinades to bold spice rubs and fresh, vibrant accompaniments inspired by street food and international BBQ traditions.
The result is modern BBQ done properly: food cooked over fire, using quality ingredients, with big flavour and a relaxed, sociable feel — perfect for memorable outdoor events.

We are committed to supporting small, local producers wherever possible, sourcing the best ingredients available with minimal importing. Quality, traceability, and integrity sit at the heart of every menu we create.
We always use Irish meat — without exception. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality while supporting Irish farmers and food producers who share our values. We carefully select our suppliers to ensure they meet the same standards we set for ourselves.
Nothing we cook is ever frozen, processed or pre-prepared. All food is made fresh for your event by our skilled chefs and specially selected craft butchers. Certain items, such as artisan breads, are sourced from trusted local bakeries chosen for their consistency and quality. Sauces and condiments are selected from small Irish producers wherever possible, ensuring everything we serve aligns with our ethos of fresh, local, and thoughtfully sourced food. One caveat to this is that our menus are very culturally diverse. To maintain authenticity, and that unmistakable feel to certain menu items, we do use some sauces and accompaniments that are produced around the world. When sourcing these items we buy only from Irish based distributers, thereby doing our bit to support local businesses selling a taste of home.
